Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician - Milwaukee, WI (Bilingual Preferred)

to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, working outdoors, and operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred. Position Overview

As a Landscaper, you will perform daily grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, property clean-ups, and seasonal landscape care. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor role requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and safe equipment operation. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate

walk-behind and zero-turn mowers

for lawn maintenance. Perform

string trimming, edging, and detailed lawn finishing . Prune shrubs, maintain plant beds, and support overall landscape health. Pull weeds, remove debris, and complete general property detailing. Install mulch and assist with

spring and fall clean-ups . Help with basic equipment maintenance such as

oil changes, blade changes, and cleaning . Wash and maintain company trucks, trailers, and landscaping tools. Stand and work on your feet for

4-8 hours

per shift. Lift and carry up to

50 lbs. Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Safely navigate uneven terrain and exposure to dust, noise, and insects. Follow written and verbal instructions. Qualifications Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, lawn care, or outdoor labor preferred -

willing to train motivated candidates . Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

to support communication with crew members and supervisors. Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of outdoor work. Team-oriented, coachable, and willing to learn.
