Integrity Trade Services is hiring an

FCAW Welder

for our metal fabrication client to start immediately at $26/hr+ DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Welders are responsible for performing fabrication welding tasks to support customer requirements and production goals.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and procedures. Select appropriate welding equipment and methods based on project specifications. Prepare materials for welding, including cutting components with powered tools to required dimensions. Use angle grinders and other tools to clean and prep surfaces for welding.Align and secure components using measuring tools such as calipers and rulers. Perform welding using manual or semi-automatic equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead). Repair equipment and structural components by welding and filling gaps as needed. Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.Complete additional duties as assigned by supervision. Location:

Oak Creek, WI

Schedule/Shift Details:

7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Overtime as needed. Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in welding. Experience with various welding techniques and equipment (such as FCAW). Proficiency using hand and power tools (e.g., saws, squares, calipers). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. Understanding of safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Proficiency in English. Completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required. Industry certification (such as AWS welding certification) is preferred. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills. Ability to remain active throughout the workday, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.Capability to use hand tools, power tools, and operate heavy equipment. Ability to frequently lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds. Benefits:
