Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established nonprofit organization in the Milwaukee area to identify a Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role offers the chance to get your foot in the door with a stable organization making a meaningful impact in the community. Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed Provide general administrative support to internal teams Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception areaDirect visitors and ensure they are connected with the appropriate departments Assist with basic office coordination and day-to-day support tasks What We're Looking For

Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset Additional Details
