Civil Engineer / Project Manager – Milwaukee, WI

A growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer / Project Manager to lead diverse infrastructure and land development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead civil design and site development projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, and project delivery
• Mentor junior engineering staff
• Support client relationships and business development
• Coordinate permitting, stormwater, grading, and utility design
• Assist with proposals and technical presentations
• Oversee field data collection and survey coordination

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• PE license in Wisconsin (or nearing completion)
• 5+ years of civil infrastructure or land development experience
• Strong background in stormwater, grading, utilities, and roadway/site design
• Experience with project management and client coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
