Mill Machinist, Fridley, MN

• Set up & run DMG Mori (Siemens) and Roku-Roku/Robodrill (Fanuc) mills
• Edit programs at the machine using G & M code
• Machine very small, high-precision parts
• Inspect using microscopes and precision tools
• Hold tight tolerances (±0.0001–0.0002”)
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T
• Troubleshoot and improve machining processes

• CNC mill setup experience (production or job shop)
• Fanuc and/or Siemens control experience
• Strong blueprint reading + GD&T
• Comfortable with micromachining and tight tolerances
• Attention to detail and problem-solving

• DMG Mori or Roku-Roku experience
• Microscopy/advanced inspection experience

• Paid advanced training after ~2 months
• Clean, modern, high-end shop (no heavy PPE)
• On-site gym, tech-focused environment
• Strong skill growth in precision machining

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Gym on Site, Gibbscam training paid for at the 2 month mark, full health coverage, competitive 401k match
