Job Title: CNC Set-Up Operator - Vertical Milling Department
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Set-Up Operator to join our vertical milling department. This role involves operating advanced machinery to produce precision components for defense and aerospace projects.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up 14 Vertical Spindle CNC Machining Centers with table sizes up to 60 inches.
  • Utilize 3 Bridgeport Mills for precision machining tasks.
  • Program machines using customer electronic files through virtual platforms.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Apply knowledge of GD&T in machining processes.
Essential Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in a machine shop environment.
  • Machine tool or CNC degree.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and GD&T.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with precision machining services.
  • Familiarity with a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and composites.
  • Ability to perform hardware installation, assembly, and screen printing.
