This hands-on role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual looking to grow within a specialized manufacturing field.Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $18.00/hr. Hours: 7:30 AM– 4:00 PM | Monday – Friday Position Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift Benefits of the bindery production helper: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Room for pay increases Weekly pay Duties of the bindery production helper:Cut various types of paper and board to support production Assist with setting up slitters, pliers, web tension, curler bars, and core cutters Assist operators with folding, collating, stitching, and packaging Load and unload raw materials into bindery machines Inspect finished products for misalignments, wrong bindings, or smudgesPerform manual tasks including hand-folding, gluing, and custom assembly Count, wrap, box, and palletize finished materials for shipment Requirements of the bindery production helper: Ability to read and measure accurately with a ruler Must pass a basic math test with a 100% score Capability to lift 40–50 lbs., stand all day, and perform repeated bendingPrevious machine operating or stamping experience (a plus) Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify check Contact Information: Take the next step in your production career!
