for our high-quality early childhood program located at Valley of Peace Lutheran Church in Golden Valley. This is a

full-time, year-round position

working

35+ hours per week , MondayFriday from

10:00 AM5:30 PM . We are seeking a dedicated early childhood professional who enjoys supporting preschool classrooms, building relationships with children and families, and leading a safe, engaging after-school preschool program. Position Responsibilities

Provide classroom support in toddler and preschool classrooms Assist with daily program operations and classroom management Serve as Site Manager and Preschool Lead Teacher for the After-School Preschool Program from 3:005:30 PM Support childrens social, emotional, cognitive, and physical developmentMaintain a nurturing, positive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment Collaborate with teaching staff, families, and administration Qualifications

Must meet

Minnesota DHS Lead Teacher qualifications

for education and experience Experience in early childhood education, preschool, childcare, or child development preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Passion for working with young children in a play-based learning environment Pay&Benefits
