Konik has partnered with an architectural, planning, and engineering firm seeking a Project Architect for K-12 educational, civic, and faith-based project work. In this role, the Project Architect/Job Captain will oversee projects from design through completion.

Project Architect / Job Captain

Responsibilities: Client relations throughout the project alongside a Project Manager Design of educational, civic, and faith-based project work Development and coordination of project documents through all phases of a project, from design through construction documents Lead and provide guidance to architectural staff throughout projectsCoordinates design activity between the client, departments, and consultants. Monitors project progress for all disciplines as to the development of the design of the project Project Architect / Job Captain

Qualifications:

Master's or Bachelor's of Architecture Registered Architect or the ability to become licensed 7+ years of experience working on similar projects. Adept at design modeling and drafting with Revit Proficient knowledge and understanding of building codes, design, and construction Previous experience working on educational projects is idealBenefits:
