Customer Service Representative
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare team. In this role, you will support members and providers by responding to inquiries related to health insurance benefits, claims, and eligibility. Handle 5060 inbound calls per day from members and healthcare providers Assist with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility Navigate multiple systems to research and provide accurate information Document all interactions clearly and efficiently Deliver professional, empathetic, and timely customer supportResolve issues while meeting internal quality and service standards Work Environment
Fully onsite role (hybrid may be considered after 90 days based on performance) Call center setting with structured workflows Schedule&Training
Training (first 3 weeks): 30 hours per week Shift assigned during first week of training Post-training schedule: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM
7:00 PM Candidates must be flexible to work any shift within this timeframe Required Qualifications
1+ year of recent call center customer service experience Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel) High level of professionalism and attention to detail Job Type&Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following: Medical, dental&vision; Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital; 401(k) Retirement Plan
