Ghassemian Law Group, APC is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team in a contract capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a California-licensed attorney with a minimum of 5 years of business litigation experience to work on diverse and rewarding cases while benefiting from a supportive firm culture.

$100 per hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and correspondence Prepare all necessary legal documents for client matters Represent clients in court, including arguing motions Analyze cases and develop effective strategies to meet client goals Collaborate with senior attorneys and administrative staff on client meetings, billing, and project completion

Qualifications:

Active California Bar License in good standing Minimum 5 years of business litigation experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong research, writing, and communication skills Proficiency with modern legal technology
