Principal Infrastructure Engineer

Enterprise Environment

We’re looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to own and support core systems across a complex environment. This role blends project work, system design, and high-level troubleshooting, with strong autonomy and visibility across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization)
• Lead and execute projects from planning through deployment
• Provide Tier 3 support for critical system and performance issues
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments
• Support network infrastructure including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Partner with teams and vendors to ensure reliability, security, and performance
• Create and maintain clear documentation, diagrams, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvements and modernization efforts

What You Bring

• 5+ years of infrastructure / systems engineering experience
• Strong experience with Windows Server, virtualization, and enterprise networking
• Solid troubleshooting skills across systems and network layers
• Experience with documentation, change management, and project delivery
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Azure or cloud exposure
• Industry certifications (MCSA, Azure Admin, etc.)
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments or SAN/storage systems
