The Assistant Service Advisor supports the service department by helping customers schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while delivering exceptional customer service. This role works closely with Service Advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for every guest.Benefits

Greet customer warmly and assess reason for visit Be responsible for the entire customer service experience until vehicle is turned back over to the customer Generate estimates, suggest services and advise of any current promotional products/services Advise customers on the routine care of their vehicles and the value of maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's specificationsCommunicate to the customer on targeted completion time. Follow up with progress calls and/or emails to customers regarding any changes in the estimate or pick up time Document repair and maintenance changes on repair order Resolve customer complaints and questions Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral businessThe Service Advisor will maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings as set by dealership service manager Qualifications

Experience is preferred but not required Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent Excellent customer service skills Strong written and communication skills Consistent and stable work history Valid driver's license and clean driving record Professional appearance and work ethic Great organizational skillsAbility to read, write and speak English fluently Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen Campbell Auto Group is a fourth-generation company, family-owned and operated with beginnings that go back to 1974.
