Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of Kitchen positions include the following: Prepare menu items according to Health Department standards and restaurant procedures Communicate effectively with coworkers Follow safety guidelines for kitchen operations&equipment Observe proper storage procedures according to restaurant&Health Department standards Label, date&rotate all food products as needed Have the ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods of time Maintain a clean&organized workspace
