The Line Cook will be an essential member of our medium-sized kitchen team, specializing in American cuisine. This role involves preparing and cooking dishes following established recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The cook will operate various kitchen equipment, including standard stoves, ovens, and specialty machines, working flexible shifts that may include days, evenings, and weekends.
