M & B Realty is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.
We manage residential properties throughout the Mobile area and are looking for someone with strong all-around maintenance skills who takes pride in quality work and excellent service.
Responsibilities
Perform residential maintenance and repair work
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and general repairs
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Prepare vacant units for new tenants ("turns")
Diagnose problems and recommend effective solutions
Maintain tools, equipment, and company standards
Qualifications
Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional attitude and good communication skills
Property management or apartment maintenance experience preferred
