Associate Escrow Assistant

Compensation: $19.00 – $19.53/hour

Location: Onsite – Modesto, CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Escrow Assistant to join our team in Modesto, CA. In this role, you’ll provide critical support to our Escrow department, assisting with customer service and administrative tasks related to escrow closings.

Responsibilities:

Assist with all administrative duties related to escrow closings

Answer phones, greet customers, and place calls to gather necessary information

Open orders and set up new files

Handle deposit and distribution of funds

Draft written transmittals for funds and documents

Process reconveyances and perform pre-closing and post-closing file maintenance

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate or title industry

Strong customer service skills

Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
