Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Individual Performance Bonus paid monthly (guranteed between $7,000-$18,000 per year)

 

The $80k–$90k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role (ideal for newer BCBAs), while the $90k–$95k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role (for BCBAs with 2+ years of experience).
