Position: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $115,000 to $120,000 annually, plus benefits

In This Role, You Will:

Provide therapy to adults via live video sessions, addressing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

Use clinical tools and assessments to measure progress and refine treatment strategies.

Document sessions and treatment plans through a user-friendly platform designed for efficiency.

Consult with clinical leadership as needed to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited program.

Independent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in your state of residence. Multiple state licenses are a bonus.

At least one year of experience working independently as a licensed professional.

Recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy or similar evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, and related conditions.

Familiarity with and enthusiasm for integrating digital tools into therapy.
