Apprentice Dispatcher: As per the NERC Reliability Standards requirement for a Transmission Operator as defined by NERC, maintain the responsibility and authority to implement real-time actions to ensure the stability and reliable operations of the Bulk Electric System under direction from the Dispatcher and/or Dispatching Shift Supervisor.
