Packaging Associates

to join our production team. This role is responsible for packaging, labeling, and preparing cheese products for distribution while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Schedule Full-time shifts available. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysOvertime may be required based on production needs Key Responsibilities Package finished products according to Company specifications and production standards Label, date-code, and inspect products for accuracy and quality Perform visual quality checks to identify defects or inconsistencies Assemble packaging materials such as boxes, cartons, and labelsMaintain proper product handling to ensure food safety and prevent contamination Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with sanitation standards Operate basic packaging equipment safely and efficiently Report equipment issues, product concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors QualificationsAbility to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality awareness Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods Basic math skills for counting and labeling accuracy Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated areasTeam-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in food production, packaging, or manufacturing High school diploma or GED Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularlyComfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments Ability to work safely around production equipment Why Join Us?
