Join a small team where you'll support clients through payroll and bookkeeping.
What You'll Do
Process payroll and handle quarterly filings
Support A/P, A/R, and bookkeeping
Post cash receipts and assist with collections
Provide occasional front desk support as needed
What We're Looking For
Payroll experience working with multi-clients or books
QuickBooks (online and desktop) and Excel proficiency
Organized and ability to pivot and manage multiple clients
Valid driver's license and DMV report for occasional local errands
