(Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)Key Responsibilities:Process referrals for home health agencies and coordinate patient start-of-care schedulingProvide administrative support to healthcare staff and department leadershipMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentationPrepare spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft OfficeCoordinate office activities and manage high-volume administrative workflowsCommunicate professionally with physicians, patients, clients, and team membersUtilize network computer systems, email, internet, and internal applicationsSupport scheduling, tracking, and office coordination activitiesKey Requirements and Technology Experience:High School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of administrative or office support experience preferredIntermediate proficiency with:Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft WordMicrosoft PowerPointStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional customer service and interpersonal skillsHealthcare, medical office, hospital, or patient access experienceReferral coordination or scheduling experienceExperience supporting clinical or operational teamsOur client is a leading Healthcare and Health insurance Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
