Front Desk / Administrative Coordinator

This role blends front desk responsibilities with administrative support. You'll greet clients, manage incoming communications, and assist with organizing documents and maintaining accurate records in the firm's systems. You'll work closely with accounting staff and leadership to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist clients with forms, document collection, and updating information in internal systems Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Organize, scan, and file documents (both physical and electronic)Support the preparation and assembly of client documents, including tax returns and financial statements Maintain a clean, organized front office and common areas Assist with office coordination tasks such as supplies and general support What We're Looking For
13+ years of administrative, receptionist, or office support experience Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, welcoming demeanor with a client-first mindset Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office software Ability to multitask and stay organizedWork Environment
