Position Description: Manage the design and construction process, ensuring that projects are completed within the given timeframes and budgets Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of all project activities Review and analyze project documentation, including contracts, plans, and specificationsMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proactively taking necessary actions to mitigate them Prepare project reports and updates for clients and stakeholders Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop cost estimates and budgets for projects Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standardsParticipate in project meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance Assist in the resolution of design and construction issues

Requirements
