Disaster Relief Call Center Representative Join us at Mass Markets as a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative .
This is a temporary, remote position responding to hurricane disaster relief efforts, with hours from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
Candidates will be contacted as needed after completing an application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test.
Position Overview MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, seeks agents to assist during disaster relief.
Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, applying customer service techniques, and improving customer experiences during emergencies.

Candidate Qualifications Applicants should be motivated, dedicated, and possess:
Must be 18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Typing speed of 20+ WPM
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Reliable with good attendance
Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
