Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Valid Texas insurance license Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
