Through your role of verifying coverage, managing claim denials and precertification requests, and following up on balances, you help protect the resources that make our mission possible.What Youll DoVerify insurance for new patients and update patient records with accurate coverage informationSend patient responsibility payment quotes to new patients ahead of their evaluationsManage rejected and unpaid claims: investigate, document, and follow up until they're resolvedMonitor patient billing accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balancesManage BCBS and Tricare precertifications and authorizationsConduct monthly Medicaid eligibility verifications to ensure continued active statusContribute during clinical development time: think helpful parent resources, social content, blog support, and assist if team members need helpWho You AreYou have previous experience in medical collections, preferably in a therapy or pediatric setting.
