inbox management/pulliManage the CEOs complex calendar, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts to protect the CEOs time/liliTriage the CEOs inbox by prioritizing and flagging messages, drafting or sending authorized responses, and scheduling follow-ups/liliAnticipate scheduling issues and implement proactive solutions to prevent disruptions/li/ulpTravel
expenses/pulliArrange domestic and international travel itineraries and logistics/liliPrepare and reconcile accurate expense reports and travel documentation/li/ulpMeetings, materials
follow-up/pulliPrepare meeting agendas and assemble required materials/liliCapture action items during meetings and track follow-up to completion/liliDraft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and CEO-facing materials/li/ulpConfidentiality, records
systems/pulliMaintain confidential files, records, and databases and handle sensitive information with discretion/liliEnsure organization and version control for executive documents and records/li/ulpTeam support
process improvement/pulliProvide guidance to administrative team members to standardize processes and improve workflow efficiency/liliSupport employee engagement and development initiatives that align with company values and strategic goals/li/ulpEvents
company communications/pulliCoordinate company events and CEO-involved employee communications to ensure messaging aligns with company values/liliDraft, proofread, and edit CEO-facing communications, memos, and announcements/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliFive or more years of executive or C-suite support experience/liliStrong calendar and travel management skills with ability to prioritize under pressure/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level materials/liliDemonstrated discretion handling confidential information/liliStrong organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and common calendar and expense systems/liliAbility to build effective relationships with senior leaders and external partners/liliWillingness to work occasional extended hours and travel as needed/li/ulpSchedule: Full-time, On-site/ppSalary: $35-$47/ Hour/p/div
