Customer Success Manager AI-Powered Founder & Executive Communications
Location:
San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid or Remote)
We work with startup founders, CEOs, and executive teams to turn their ideas into influence.
Using AI and editorial expertise, we transform raw insights—interviews, pitch decks, internal docs—into high-impact content: LinkedIn posts, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, press, and most importantly, Social Engagement!
After an influx of new customers, we are now looking for a
Customer Success Manager
to own the client relationship end-to-end.
You'll be the bridge between our content creation team and the visionary leaders we serve, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly, every deliverable lands with impact, and every founder achieves the Social engagement they want.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for startup founders, CEOs, and executives across industries
Liaise between clients and our internal content team to ensure clarity, alignment, and excellence
Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables across multiple accounts
Translate client goals into actionable briefs for writers, editors, and strategists
Identify upsell opportunities and deepen client relationships through proactive communication
Help shape our client onboarding, feedback, and success frameworks
Collaborate with leadership on improving service delivery and client experience
You Might Be a Fit If
You've managed accounts at a services company, bonus points for IT services, MarComm, MarTech, or agency experience
You have a background in media, content, communications or marketing and can speak the language of storytelling
You're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments
You're comfortable working with high-level executives and know how to earn trust quickly
You're organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities while prioritizing urgency
You write clearly, think strategically, and love turning chaos into clarity
