Assistant Club Volleyball Coach, Palo Alto

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Club Volleyball Coach for a part-time contract position based in East Palo Alto, CA. The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in developing and executing practice plans, providing guidance and mentorship to players, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities include assisting with training sessions, teaching volleyball techniques and strategies, coordinating with team members, and encouraging an atmosphere of teamwork and respect. The role will also involve collaboration with fellow staff to ensure the success of the volleyball program. Qualifications Strong Volleyball knowledge and experience, including playing and/or coaching at a competitive level A highly competitive mindset and willingness to develop elite standards for development.
