HVAC Project Manager – San Francisco Bay Area

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC (wet and dry) Construction Projects that we have been awarded
• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners
• Select and monitor Subs
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (hvac) Contractor
• Familiar with CA HVAC ASHRAE Codes and requirements
• Knowledge working with BlueBeam, MS Project, Excel, and Quickpen / Accubid preferred
