This team member will be the first point of contact for new members scheduling sessions and inquiring about the services we offer.
/ppSchedule:/pulliMonday through Thursday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour lunch break)/liliFriday: 8:30 am to 12 pm/li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliSchedule appointments over the telephone.
On average, there will be ~75 outbound phone calls to prospects and members of our studio.
/liliAccommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome.
/liliAdminister studio tours for new guests and assist with intake form completion.
/liliGreet and welcome members and schedule their next appointment.
/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliProfessional and friendly phone etiquette.
/liliPassion for improving health through exercise and stretching.
/liliProficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems.
