Job Title
Salary Grade: Service Representative I or II (Based on experience)
Duties
Represents the bank in a courteous, professional manner, and provides prompt, efficient and accurate service when processing transactions.
Cross-sells bank services when appropriate and makes referrals to appropriate business partners.
Strictly adheres to all current laws, security measures and organizational policies/procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Skills
Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Experience
Prior sales and cash handling experience preferred but not required.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
