Competitive hourly wages dependent on skill level--starting wages between $18-$22 per hour;

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
Manage administrative requests and tasks
Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
Deliver accurate service and promotional information
Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
Assist in scheduling of service routes
Produce accurate and timely reports
Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
We require successful completion of background check and drug screen
