Perform portering services at business locations ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

RESPONSIBILITIES

include, but not limited to: Flexible Schedule starting at 7:00am to 1:00pm (Hours can change and days are tentative) Picking up trash Clearing flower beds and placing mulch or pine straw as needed. Must be able to use a shovel to dig holes for installing plants. Properly dispose of/remove wastewater and barricade necessary drains' ensuring that all work performed is EPA compliant.Maintain all equipment and provide quality service at every job. Perform quality maintenance inspections and repairs on all assigned projects, vehicles, and equipment. Comfort working outside in extreme weather fluctuations. Must be willing to travel from location to location in a truck with a trailer attached.Must live within 60 miles of the

Temecula/Murrieta/Wildomar

area. Experience

Landscape and/or maintenance is a Plus, but not required. License Requirement

: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record. Language Skills

: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company. Appearance

Employees will be required to wear the provided company attire and maintain a neat and clean appearance. Physical Demands
