Job Description Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, youll support the full preconstruction and bidding process on a wide range of projects from $20 million to $150 million while working alongside experienced estimating professionals.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing project details, working with numbers, and collaborating with teams to deliver complete, competitive proposals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents toidentifyscope gaps and risks Perform detailed quantity take-offs across all CSI divisions Develop labor, material, and equipment pricing and build cost estimates Assistwith subcontractor outreach, bid tracking, and proposal comparisonsHelp prepare bid packages, summaries, and final deliverables Maintain and update cost databases and historical pricing information Collaborate with project managers and field teams to incorporate constructability and schedule input Participate in pre-bid meetings, site walks, and RFIs as neededSupport continuous improvement of estimating tools and processes

Qualifications: 35 years of estimating or construction-related experience Experience estimating and bidding on OSHPD/HCAI, DSA, Higher Education, and Public Works projects Proficiencyin estimating software, digital take-off tools, and Microsoft Excel Understanding of construction methods, materials, and trade sequencingAbility to interpret construction documents and communicate clearly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field experience Familiarity with California subcontractor pricing and labor markets Experience working on projects ranging from $10M$150MExposure to scheduling tools such as PowerProject or Planera
