The Project Manager/Salesperson role at Franz Witte Landscape Contracting Inc, is integral to achieving success in the Installation (Construction) department and will be responsible for acting as the primary point of communication and coordination for clients throughout the duration of their landscape project. This role ensures that the client receives clear information, timely updates, and consistent support from initial consultation through project completion.What You'll Do:

Client Communication&Support

Serve as the client's main resource for all project-related questions, updates and expectations. Maintain proactive, timely communication regarding schedules, changes, milestones and next steps Ensure clients have a clear understanding of project scope, timelines and progress Upon completion of the project, ensure closeout documents are delivered and reviewed with client

Project Coordination

Responsible for the smooth transitions of projects from design, through the sales process to production handoff for execution Communicate material selections, design intent and scope details to production teams timely to meet project timelines and schedule Track Project progress and ensure alignment with approved plans and Franz Witte quality standards are being met.Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of project decisions, changes and communications Ensure progress billing milestones are identified, generated and collected if needed Subcontractor management

Site Oversight&Quality

Perform regular site visits to observe work, confirm quality meets Franz Witte Standards and to address client concerns Identify issues early and coordinate timely resolutions with the appropriate teams Communicate upcoming schedule details so clients understand what to expect throughout the entire building process

Scope&Documentation Management

Assist with the preparation and refinement of scopes of work, proposal, and adjustments as needed Manage revisions and change orders clearly and promptly Provide supporting details to ensure consistency between design intent, work performed, and client expectations

Internal Collaboration

Communicate clearly with production team, designers, and estimator to deliver the Franz Witte client experience standard Support pre-construction planning to confirm readiness for mobilization Participate in team discussions to improve workflow and client experience

Support Snow Removal Services during winter season Other duties as assigned Additional Skills:

Good communication skills; effectively communicate in English verbally and written Proficiency with computer software; MS365 applications, AutoCAD, Landscape industry business management software (LMN, Aspire, etc.) Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently Detail oriented with strong organizational skillsTraits We're Seeking:

2-years' experience in landscape construction installation or equivalent, familiarity with local codes and regulations preferred Education

High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.
