Retail Reset Merchandiser, California

Responsibilities:
Job Description:

Traveling reset merchandiser position supporting retail accounts throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, and Napa counties

Independent work environment partnering with our merchandising and sales departments to build relationships and increase sales within the territory

Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-8:00am start times

Pay: $24.00- $27.00 per hour + Opportunity to Earn Incentives

Sign-on Bonus: $1,500

Position Responsibilities:  

Handle merchandise resets and rack/display placement according to pre-established plans to ensure that package, brand, and promotional goals are reflected in store sets 

Responsible for communicating effectively with retail stores about the changes made as a result of the reset activity 

You will be expected to make decisions and present workable solutions as issues arise during the reset activity 

Draft planograms that benefit the retailer and category using computer-based space management software

Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience: 

1 plus years of related experience  

Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis  

Preferred Education and Experience:  

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
