Senior Accountant, Sonoma

A growing private equity firm in San Francisco is seeking an Associate / Senior Finance Associate to join its Finance & Operations team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both operational finance work and thinking about how AI / automation can improve workflows and efficiency across an organization.
The role will support traditional finance & accounting operations responsibilities including treasury, AP, expense management, and fund operations, while also partnering closely with leadership on broader process improvement and automation initiatives across finance, investor relations, and investment operations.
The firm is actively investing in AI-driven workflow automation internally and is looking for someone who is naturally curious, tech-savvy, and excited about helping modernize operational processes over time.
