Job Title : Maintenance Technician I

Location : Westford, MA

Shift : 3:30 PM to 2 AM(Mon - Thur)

Job Description :

Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.

Timely execution of routine preventive maintenance on production equipment, following a monthly / weekly schedule generated by the Maintenance Management System.

Other duties include basic equipment troubleshooting, and working with other team members to organize and maintain the equipment spare parts inventory.

Includes basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs.

Janitorial duties include but not limited to dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, and other duties as assigned.

Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, work-in-progress, apartment make-ready status, etc.

Education & Experience

Experience: 0-2 years

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
