Personal Injury Legal Assistant, Nashua

Your specific duties will include:

Supporting trial attorneys with personal injury cases in both State and Federal Courts.

Preparing general legal correspondence, motions, and objections.

Assisting with discovery and managing legal documents throughout the case.

Serving and filing legal papers, including via electronic filing systems.

Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email.

Organizing case files for hearings and trials.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

1–3 years of experience in a law firm, particularly in personal injury.

Experience managing files, contacting claims adjusters, and organizing medical records.

Familiarity with medical evidence preparation and scheduling impairment evaluations.

Knowledge of Court Rules and discovery deadlines.

Excellent administrative, multitasking, and proofreading skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and NetDocuments.

Pay Rate Range:  $23.00 - $26.00  per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
