The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its financial strategy and ensure the organization's long-term financial health.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the overall financial strategy, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the board, and leading all financial activities with a focus on sustainable growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
This role demands a professional with a proven track record in financial leadership, particularly within banking or federal credit union environments, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer include directing regulatory and statutory reporting, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and overseeing treasury activities to optimize the balance sheet.
The role also involves managing interest rate exposure, investment oversight, and partnering with risk leaders to enhance financial stability.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years' of progressive financial leadership experience, a strong background in financial strategy and performance management for regulated financial institutions, and a CPA designation is strongly preferred.
The CFO will be expected to build and lead high-performing finance teams, drive operational discipline, and ensure continuous improvement in all financial functions.
