You'll work exclusively with inbound warm leads - think referrals, web inquiries, and marketing campaigns - and your role is to take those leads from interest to policy, all while providing a standout experience. You need to be confident on the phone. This is a proactive, high-touch sales role where building trust through conversation is key.
