Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing essential warehouse duties, including inventory management, order picking, packing and shipping.
This role ensures that products are accurately stored, processed and shipped to meet company standards and customer expectations.

It plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse teamRole ExpectationsReceiving and ProcessingUnloading trucks, checking in products, and processing inbound shipments.Inventory ManagementOrganizing and maintaining products on shelves, bins or racks according to set procedure and conducting regular inventory counts.Order FulfillmentPicking, packing, preparing orders for shipment, posting using RF scanner technology.Maintaining Warehouse CleanlinessEnsuring the workspace is clean, safe, and organized.Safety and Complianceadhere to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.General SupportAssisting with other tasks as needed, such as basic maintenance or administrative duties.Collaborative Communicationcommunicate inventory or order issues to supervisors or team members, support other team members to meet warehouse goals and deadlines Core CompetenciesHigh School Diploma or GEDPrevious warehouse experience is preferredBasic understanding of inventory management and warehouse processesAbility to operate forklifts and pallet jacksFamiliarity with UPS WorldShip is a plusGood communication and teamwork abilitiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of warehouse safety protocols and proceduresReliable with excellent attendance recordPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry and handle equipment up to 50lbsMust be able to be on your feet 8+ hours a day
