Family law paralegal, Nashua

We are looking for a Marital Paralegal with 3-5 years of family law experience to work directly with one of our attorneys in a busy practice. This is a critical role to support our growing Family Law group, and we need an organized, communicative professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

Drafting and filing legal documents, including petitions, motions, and parenting plans. Managing discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories. Preparing and reviewing financial affidavits and supporting documentation. Coordinating client communication, court filings, and case deadlines.Assisting with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and binders.

Key Requirements

3-5 years of paralegal experience specifically in family law. Must come from a law firm background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work on-site in the Nashua office 5 days a week.
