Provide truly exceptional customer service in a fast paced work environment at a high volume dealership. Responsibilities

Answers incoming calls promptly and professionally Obtains customer and vehicle information Creates appointments for vehicle maintenance, service and recalls Makes outbound calls to existing customers to follow-up on recent service and schedule next appointments Qualifications

Positive attitude Well-spoken with previous call center/receptionist experience Proficiency with computers Must be able to multi-task Must be a solution-oriented problem solver Customer Satisfaction focused What We Offer
