Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance products that meet clients' needs. Conduct policy reviews and educate clients on coverage options. Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.Provide outstanding customer service by addressing policyholder inquiries and concerns. Process policy changes, claims, and payments efficiently. Assist clients with policy renewals and ensure their coverage remains up-to-date. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Qualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with computer software and technology.
