This is a full time position paying $18.50-$25.00 per hour with various schedule options! What you will do: Handle inbound customer service calls including, but not limited to: Booking appointmentsUnderstanding general priority booking knowledge Providing tech ETA Deescalating customer concerns Understanding field availability for effective booking Handle text and chat engagements with the customers Call on customer list to offer promotions Creating and updating customer profiles What you bring:Previous customer service or call center experience Strong attention to details Conscientious team player Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude Clear background check and drug screen Industry and ServiceTitan experience preferred Location: Bulverde, Texas
