We are seeking a Social Worker for our Inpatient Med/Surg units
.

Utilize your inpatient experience to provide a variety of psychosocial services, coordinate discharge planning and continuum of care for patients and families from across the world.
Assist them in enhancing their capabilities of coping with illness and daily functioning.

This is a day-shift, Monday–Friday position, covering 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weekend and holiday coverage at NewYork-Presbyterian/Westchester Hospital in Bronxville, located directly across from the Metro-North station.
Preferred Criteria
At least one year of inpatient Medical/Surgical experience
Discharge Planning experience.
Required Criteria
Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW)
New York State License as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)

$94,492-$118,000/Annual
